The Japanese Segagaga Wikipedia page lists one more game mode on the main menu, but for some reason, I have been unable to unlock it thus far:
もっかいセガガガ
New Game Plus
Note: According to Japanese Wikipedia, this is unlocked after completing the game. In this mode, you start with a higher market share and budget. This is for the purpose of reaching the final few chapters which are impossible to unlock on your first playthrough (at least I believe it to be impossible). I have not unlocked this mode for some reason despite completing the game once, but it is listed
